All of our beauty professionals are booked by appointment only. With that being said, if you miss, rebook, or are tardy to your appointment it can create a shortened or cancelled appointment for you as well as loss of income for our beauty professionals. We always do our best to make accommodations within our policies outlined below: If you must cancel or rebook your appointment we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations or rebooked appointments, without 48 hours notice before your appointment is scheduled to occur, will result in a 20% charge of the service(s) total. No-shows will result in a charge for the full service amount. Thank you for your understanding! POLICIES SPECIFIC TO APPOINTMENTS WITH MEGAN WEBB: 48 hours notice for cancelled or rebooked appointments is required otherwise you will be charged $50. No-shows will result in a charge for the full service amount. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, you may be marked as a no-show and responsible for the full service amount without services rendered. If you contact Megan before your appointment is set to begin and can work out schedule adjustments you will only be charged a $20 late fee.
